项目范围 / Project scope

项目开始前，应确认服务范围、交付文件、修改次数、时间安排及费用。印刷、招牌制作安装、域名、托管和第三方服务费用，除非确认单明确包含，否则需另行确认。网站套餐不代表搜索排名或客户数量承诺。

Agree on deliverables, revisions, timing and fees before work begins. Printing, sign production and installation, domains, hosting and third-party costs are agreed separately unless explicitly included. No search ranking or customer volume is guaranteed.

付款与退款 / Payments & refunds

在线付款通过 Stripe 托管结账页面处理，本网站不保存银行卡信息。付款成功须经支付服务确认；付款返回页面本身不代表已完成付款。

如需取消、调整项目或申请退款，请通过项目咨询入口联系 C4，并提供订单号。退款范围应结合已确认的项目协议、已开展的工作及适用法律确定，任何制作或设计工作开始前应书面确认相关条款。

Payments are processed through Stripe-hosted checkout. This site does not store card details. Payment is confirmed by the payment provider. Contact C4 with your order number for cancellation, changes or refund requests. Refund eligibility depends on your project agreement, work already performed and applicable law; agree on these terms in writing before work starts.

隐私 / Privacy

咨询表单收集你填写的姓名、联系方式、商家信息和项目需求，用于回复咨询及沟通项目。付款订单保存必要的服务、金额和支付状态信息。授权管理员可查看咨询和订单；客户账户仅显示与其登录身份关联的订单。

网站使用浏览器存储记住语言偏好。部分字体由 Google Fonts 提供；Stripe 负责处理支付资料。请勿在咨询表单中填写银行卡号码或敏感证件信息。

Enquiries collect the name, contact and project details you provide so C4 can respond. Orders retain service, amount and payment status. Authorized administrators can access enquiries and orders. Customer accounts show only orders associated with the signed-in identity. Browser storage remembers language preference. Fonts are served by Google Fonts and payments are handled by Stripe.
